Boat Shoes, Note pad, Awl, Small mirror with extension handle, Magnet, Multimeter, Moisture meter, Digital camera with wide angle lens, Small caliper, digital thermometer, computer with color printer, fax machine, Ear muffs for hearing protection.


What you need to know before you start

This course assumes that you have a fundamental knowledge of AC and DC current, how it is produced, and the inherit dangers present.

This course assumes that you have a fundamental knowledge of the workings of basic tools, such as pliers, mallets, knives, rulers, flashlights, magnets, cameras, voltage testers, and etc.

This course will not teach you how to build or repair any type of vessel. We recommend that a new surveyor may suggest a repair facility to discuss necessary repairs with the client.
